Lynn Named Super Agent 2011!
Lynn Ritter was named a "Super Real Estate Agent" again by Mpls-St. Paul Magazine. Lynn was one of a small percentage of agents selected for
the award and was strongly recommended by her past clients, free of any
disciplinary action, and screened by a panel of real estate industry experts. Agents are nominated based on eight criteria: communication,
integrity, market knowledge, negotiation, finding the right
home, home marketing, closing preparation, and overall
customer satisfaction.
Lynn is a Certified Feng Shui Practitioner
In November, 2011 Lynn graduated from a 9 month state sanctioned program through the Wind and Water School of Feng Shui based in Minneapolis. Like
acupuncture, feng shui is an ancient Chinese practice. Basically it is an art of placement where one is directed to situate certain items in specific areas of their space in order to effect a certain goal. Lynn is very excited about this additional tool to her real estate business.

Lynn's Closings Benefit Gillette Children's Hospital
Lynn contributes $180.00 in the client's name after every closing. Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul, MN is a world-
recognized leader in providing health care for children who have disabilities. They are an independent, not-for-profit hospital that has been caring for children for over l00 years. Gillette serves children with long-term disabilities or complex medical needs including: cerebral palsy, spina bifida, brain and spinal cord injuries, among other conditions. Last Year they provided care for more than 23,000 children and adults from throughout Minnesota, as well as 42 states and 13 countries.
