Lynn has been married to Bob since l981. They live in the Macalester-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul. Bob has been a small business owner since the l970's and also holds a real estate license to assist Lynn.

They are the proud parents of two daughters who are both pursuing post-grad education (Kelly a Juris Doctorate and Sheila a Certificate in American Sign Language.) They all love spending time at the family cabin in Northwest Wisconsin where they enjoy watching the nearby eagles nest and listening to the resident loons. Also part of the family is Nellie, a poddle mix, and Charlie, a pound cat they rescued.

In her spare time Lynn enjoys attending concerts, plays, sporting events, shopping on Grand Avenue, and visiting fantastic restaurants in both cities.
